Submission or required documentation indicating acceptable grades in qualifying university college-level work completed at an approved post-secondary institution. Twenty-four qualifying semester credit hours degrees (or the equivalent) in which the language of instruction was English, and including at least three semester credit hours in English composition, demonstrate proficiency in language skills.
